Where do we start? Free ski pass for three ski areas, fantastic pistes, a wide range of options for winter sports enthusiasts. The Oberstaufen ski region with Steibis and Thalkirchdorf has 28 lifts and cable cars. Wide, varied pistes for every level. And all this with your Oberstaufen PLUS guest card free of charge.

LONG RUN

If you prefer to take it a little slower, you can do so with cross-country skiing in Oberstaufen and Steibis. Perfectly groomed trails invite you to enjoy unforgettable moments on cross-country skis. In the fresh air and with white powder snow underfoot, the feelings of happiness come naturally.

Hiking is not only fun in summer. We have 60 kilometres of cleared and 30 kilometres of
rolled trails for winter hiking in the tranquillity of the Allgäu countryside.
Trudge through the snow-covered forestsaway from the crowds on the slopes and then warm up
with mulled wine and Jagertee in the rustic mountain huts. Start your
snowshoe tour directly from the hotel! You can get the necessary equipment from
Sport Hauber at the valley station in Steibis.

TOBOGGANING IN THE ALLGÄU


Winter holidays are more than just skiing and spa. Sometimes it's the conscious moments you spend together. When tobogganing on the Imberg or Hochgrat for example. This special thrill is simply great fun. Then off to the hut, snuggle up in a woollen blanket and sit in the sun. This is how winter should be!
