Sweat it out in the panoramic sauna, take a long dip in the natural swimming pond and then relax in the Room of Silence. At Birkenhof, you can unwind and enjoy the tranquillity and idyllic setting. Soak up the sun and put your feet up and relax. On our floating loungers or outside in the greenery. All you have to do now is let go!
NATURAL SWIMMING POND
It's almost kitschy, that's how beautiful it is here: at our natural swimming pond with a marvellous view over the Allgäu hills and down into the valley. A refreshing way to cool off and at the same time a place where doing nothing is easy.

PANORAMASAUNA
Next to the pool is our 70°C bio outdoor sauna with a marvellous view of the Allgäu countryside.
But that's not all: in our indoor area there's a Finnish sauna at 80°C, four infrared loungers and a Roman herbal steam bath with a maximum temperature of 48°C but high humidity. Perfect for taking a deep breath.
ROOM OF SILENCE
In our light-flooded relaxation room, you can recharge your batteries and re-energise for your everyday life.
Put your feet up on our floating loungers, snuggle up and make yourself comfortable. Let your gaze wander into the greenery and let your thoughts flow freely. It feels really good!
YOGA AND MEDITATION
For all levels: take part in our 60-minute morning yoga session during your holiday.
At the yoga we harmonise body, mind and soul through breathing and movement exercises. In our bright yoga room with a view of nature through the huge window, the day begins as it should - relaxed and ready for whatever comes next.
APPLICATIONS
On certain dates, health coach and healing counsellor Manuela Giljon is with us at Birkenhof and offers energetic treatments and massages .
During our health weeks , you can also book a massage to support your fasting cure with natural cosmetician and relaxation trainer Christiane Gschwender.
